Marc Weinberg

Marc Weinberg is a partner of Saffren & Weinberg with main areas of practice in personal injury and employment litigation. In addition to these, he also specializes in wrongful termination, social security and disability law, homeowners claims, and property loss. His extensive trial experience has led him to try cases to verdict Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Delaware counties, just to name a few. Mr. Weinberg serves as a member of the US District Court for the Eastern, and Middle District of Pennsylvania, as well as the US District Court of New Jersey. He also served as a judge pro-term for settlement conferences in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and is a former NFLPA registered agent.
Originally from Dresher PA, Marc Weinberg graduated from Emory University in 1987 and from Boston University School of Law in 1990. While in school, he attended trial college seminars in trial advocacy to gain experience with trial proceedings.
As an advocate for special needs children, Marc Weinberg was named vice president of the International 22q11.2 Foundation and has traveled all over the world to speak with parents of children with this genetic condition. He has three children and enjoys coaching youth basketball and soccer in his spare time.
